If you can be one thing, Be Kind” – the importance of kindness – Clementine Fraser – Author

I am sure that most of us have heard the expression….”A Random Act Of Kindness” right?! But the question is….How many of us have actually taken the next step to serve someone we know or who we may not know?

A Random Act of Kindness is a non-premeditated, spontaneous action that shows kindness to others by doing a simple gesture of maybe opening a door for someone, buying someone food, write a letter of appreciation to a neighbor or friend, pick up rubbish, pay for someone’s groceries who is behind you, tip extra, leave coins in the vending machine, smile at people you see, help an elderly person carry groceries to their car, feed the homeless and the list can go on and on.

Showing kindness to the world becomes very infectious and will create a change that when you spread the love to others, generally speaking, that person who just got blessed, feeling grateful and thankful will most likely play it forward to bless another person. Can you imagine how big of a snowball effect it will be if everyone took the initiative to give a little Kindness back to others everyday to make the world a better place. That would be ahhmazing!

Mindsets will be changed, showing love instead of hate, people helping people, caring instead of being self centered, giving instead of taking and making miles of smiles is really what matters.

Giving Kindness is a choice so make that decision that you will bless someone with a Random Act Of Kindness everyday and see the positive changes that will happen around you. God knows that we certainly need to be kind to one another for the sake of humanity.

Go ahead…..take the challenge and make someone happy creating positive vibes, all by just doing a simple gesture of A Random Act Of Kindness.
