What does living your best life mean to you? what is your definition to living your best life? This question can have so many different kinds of answers depending on our upbringing, our social and economic status, or even our cultures that can influence the way we look at things but all of that really doesn’t have true weight that bears Living our Best Life because each and everyone of us now have a choice to decided how we want plan, create and ultimately live our life the way we choose it. This is where is gets exciting.
Most of us think that living our best life is about achieving the best of things, being successful, having ambition, living our dream come true, not worrying and stressing about our finances, enjoying all of the material things that might make life easier and although that is part of the equation, Living Your Best Life is more than that as it allows us to look deeper within us to see who we are, where is our heart, what do we have to offer of ourselves to help others. It is also a time to be able to let go of all of the negativity within that is holding you back from creating the best life, it is time to let go and forgive and heal to be able to really live in the truth and be happy! Sometimes people harbor those ill feelings from many, many years ago not being able to let go and it is slowly killing them…. if you choose to live this way, you are locked in the past and you are allowing that person control of you by still living in pain… stop the nonsense and let go and move forward to really start to Live Your Best Life!!!
Living Your Best Life is also being grateful for the things we have and what we are blessed with, waking up every morning and being thankful for another breath of life, being able to make a difference in people’s lives, filling your heart with happiness, laughter and care that it can touch other people out there and let the contagious “playing it forward” move so that others will want to do the same. Living Your Best Life is continuing to learn and grow and apply and live it and not be afraid to try new things and not be afraid of failing as it only gives us more room to reflect, correct, grow, mature and move on!
So let’s celebrate who we are and how we want to live our best life by being happy, being content, giving of ourselves to help others, waking up with a smile, having a grateful and thankful heart, loving the Lord and empowering each other and living this way is the epitome of Living Your Best Life!
